Tricks and Magic.!- Magics in You.!- Part 2

How to concentrate your mind to Studies????????????.......

Hello Friends !
So, once again, I am here to reveal the secrets within you.
You know, A Student is much more powerful than any other person in the world, If he/she has got to prove himself. Powerful, was the man too- Osama-Bin-Laden, but in the negative sense, and powerful too, is APJ Abdul Kalam, but in Positive sense.. Are you thinking, Why I am speaking about all these things, when the topic we have got is- How to concentrate your mind to Studies? If yes, keep thinking and I would tell the reason at the end of this post...

Well, coming to the point, How should students concentrate their minds on to studies...?
A very top question but, the answer is simple, if you understand it. I have got 5 points as an answer to the question above. As usual, I would not guarantee it would be useful, but I can assure it'll be fruitful for students, presently in Std. V- Std. XII. Not wasting your tym, let me go to the 1st point:-

1} MEDITATION...
-> Yes friends, meditation is one of the most effective solutions to Mind-Wandering.. Meditation not only includes the concentration of mind, but also the refreshment of mood, and  a blank mind.. 'Blank Mind', seems a bit different na? Blank Mind means, there should be Nothing in your mind when you sit to study. For having a peaceful study, prefer studying in the early morning, at around 4, after a meditation. While meditation, you would have to follow some different, but simple steps, which are-
a/ No matter if you take bath or not, just get your face washed with chill water and get a some Sandalwood essence (chandan) on your forehead, if possible. Don't worry, I am not at all gonna make you a priest.
b/ Then, select a neat place and sit down with your index finger(just next to the thumb) touching the mid of the thumb of the respective hand, putting the wrist on the knee, sit erect, close the eyes.
c/ Remember the name of any of your friends, or relatives, or parents, or anyone else. After it, try to recall his/her face and appearance, when you saw them the day before, or on your last meet with him/her. Meditation not only aims at praying God. You can recall anything, even a dog of your street, or your last class view! After it, concentrate on the peculiarities of the image you have framed in your mind, say, you have thought of your classroom, then you can see the word "Geography" written on the blackboard, for example, or you can see chalk pieces lying on the floor etc... Remember, this is the most important part.
d/ Once you have got it done, believe me, you would not be able to know how time passes.! So, keep an alarm ready of after 7-10 mins you sit for the purpose.
e/ And finally, gently rub your eyes, and open them. Forming the imagined image would require everyday concentration.
And its done ! Open your eyes and sit to study.

2} PREPARE THE TIMELINE, AND GIVE YOURSELF A DEADLINE.
-> Prepare a time line and start following it strictly. Well, this one is from my side, which is preffered the most effective. If you want, you are free to copy it.
a/ Morning studies- The subjects you need to develop Concept in..
                                     Like Physics Chemistry and Maths.
b/ Afternoon studies- Best for extra books/ refference books, magazines etc...
c/ Evening studies- Subjects where you need to understand the whole chapter, like
                                    Literature and Social Science.
Remember, its not the timetable, its timeline. Set a date before which you will complete the targeted chapter.

3} BE ALERT IN THE CLASS.
-> Being alert in the class makes up almost 34% of the knowledge gained! So, listen to the teacher, and try to catch each of his/her words. Never keep yourselves free, be engaged in your works. If you feel depressed asking your doubts to the teacher in the class, seek permission and get to him in any of his /her free periods. What an excellent way to keep yourself and the teacher busy in some works every-time!

4} SET YOUR GOAL, PUT A STEP FORWARD EVERY DAY.
-> Have your own Personal Diary. On the first page of it, write the aim of your life with your normal hand-writing, like- "I WANT TO BE A DOCTOR". Read it every morning after you meditate, and in the rest of the pages of the Diary, write the steps you took everyday to achieve your aim. Don't worry if you do not feel good to read, take a notebook, and start writing the Question-Answers of the chapter. While reading, develop a habit of Finger-following(follow the words you read with your index finger). And do never have late night studies. Understand the tactics in your own language, if you feel problem in rotting the things.

5} CONCENTRATE HERE...
->  I am giving a picture here. When you have got free time, open my blog, see this picture
{ download if you can}  and let me see if you can say whether the ball in the picture is moving! In the process, if your head starts to pain, understand that you are getting deep and enriching your mind power...
Is the ball in motion??

Thats all guys.. See if these techniques work and tell others too. Get ready to listen reactions like-
"Wow, it really works"
"hippiee, its great!"
"Kya mast tarika hai, kaam karta hai yaar"

feel free to comment AND keep visiting for more.....
Regards,
Jitendra.
